Returns

At Kaotiko, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't what you expected, you can easily return it.

Do you want to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Steps to return a product:

1. Access our returns portal: here
2. Enter the order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
3. Select the products you wish to return and the reason. Print the label we provided and deliver the package to the indicated location.
4. Once we receive and review your return, we'll refund you within 5 to 10 business days.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Changes

We don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, you must:

• Return the product you do not want.
• Make a new purchase through our online store.

Shopping in a physical store

For returns of in-store purchases, please go directly to the store with the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted in the form of exchanges or vouchers. We do not accept cash refunds.

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged items.
• Garments without tags or original packaging.
• Hygiene products or masks, for health reasons.
